Add "llms.txt" file to be used with AI agents

The llms.txt files are on the way to become a standard, providing AI agents with structured, machine-readable source of information. Adding such a file here would enable consistent, automated alignment of AI-assisted work with Revvity’s UI design guidelines and standards.
